Dining was a treat with spots like Pelagos Restaurant just steps away where everything tasted divine. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff saved the day by accommodating our early check-in, making the whole experience feel like a dream.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a separate lounge area for work, which meant waking my wife for morning emails was the norm! Plus, the power flickers were a little annoying, but honestly, it just made the cozy, candlelit moments more romantic!

My stay as a solo traveler was perfectly timed for visiting the nearby attractions like the Chania Venetian Lighthouse and the Nautical Museum of Crete, both just a short stroll away. The best part was definitely the stunning view from the room's balcony overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern shower that felt really refreshing after a day of exploring. Plus, the restaurant right below the hotel had delicious meals, making dining super convenient.

While the air conditioning didn’t cool well, the scenic walks to nearby restaurants made our stay enjoyable. Carrying bags from the parking area was a challenge, so consider your arrival mode. The family suite offered ample space for our crew to relax after long days exploring.

Our stay in the Family Suite was fantastic! The room was spacious with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for our family. The breathtaking panoramic view of the Venetian harbor from our terrace was a highlight. The daily cleaning services kept everything super fresh and tidy. The location was tops for exploring the area.

Just a suitable option for a relaxing holiday in Chania with all in all brilliant value for money. The location was great for walking to nearby attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. Just be prepared for some walking to access the apartment if you’re driving.

The Industrial Suite boasted a magnificent panoramic view over the harbor, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Each bedroom was spacious, and the daily cleaning kept everything immaculate. However, the check-in process at the restaurant below felt a bit unusual, and while the bedrooms were well designed, I did wish for additional lounge space to unwind. Despite that, the location and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, especially with convenient dining options nearby!

Great air conditioning and flat-screen TV, but no option for pets was disappointing.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Family Suite and it was so cozy! The beds were super comfortable, and the room was really spacious. Cleaning service was daily, which kept everything fresh. The view from the balcony over the harbor was just stunning! The AC worked perfectly too, keeping the room cool. Just a heads up, the check-in at the bar below felt a bit quirky, but added a unique touch to the stay.

The rooms are well appointed, clean, and provide a breathtaking view of the harbor and lighthouse. The staff went above and beyond to facilitate our early check-in before 1:00 p.m. and kindly stored our luggage after the 11:00 a.m. check-out. The hotel is ideally located in the harbor, with shops and restaurants just steps away.
